TALLIS Arts Options
Year 8 students can choose which two arts subjects they would like to study in Year 9.
In addition to Art, Dance, Drama and Music you will have the option to study Film & Media and Photography. You will study each of your chosen subjects for two hours per week. This will give you an opportunity to:
You may choose any two subjects but you might want to consider choosing one from performing arts and one from visual and media arts.
The following videos are designed to introduce you to the full range of subjects available for you to choose from next year in the Visual, Media & Performing Arts:
- Deepen your understanding of subjects you already study and/or be introduced to new subjects
- Begin to specialise in visual, media and performing arts forms that interest you
- Consider new ways to experience the arts
